This 12-week project was a little different to the standard fit out, being a warehouse it was a great project for us to work on due to the sheer amount of variety included in the project.

Overall, we were asked to do the base build works for two, two story tenancies located in a large shed with other works throughout the warehouse such as galv clad external doors and hardware, lintels supporting auto sliding doors, stairs, balustrades and stair treads.

Both tenancies included 4 full tiled bathrooms as well as a cleaner’s room. with close to 800m2 of floor space to work with, the simple, clean design created a space that will age well and is easily maintained.

One tenancy included a “fit out” within the package with 4 private offices, store rooms and a large boardroom.
